Hi, I'm Kristen. At 33 years old, after 10+ years working, I left my career path and started over. My career had all the hallmarks of success, but I didn't feel like I was making a difference with my work. I spent time getting clear on what actually matters to me and that eventually brought me to coaching as a modality to help others through similar challenges and big transitions.
I support people in their 30s who are facing the big questions - career, kids, relationships, identity, and more - to create their next chapter. I help my clients uncover what they truly want, identify and overcome internal blocks, build self-confidence, take meaningful action, and stay accountable.
I know what it's like to take a big leap after investing a lot of time and effort into something else. I know it can feel hard, but I also know it's possible and it's worth it.
