Hi, I'm Kristen. At 33 years old, after 10+ years working, I left my career path and started over. My career had all the hallmarks of success, but I didn't feel like I was making a difference with my work. I spent time getting clear on what actually matters to me and that eventually brought me to coaching as a modality to help others through similar challenges and big transitions.
I support women who are feeling unfulfilled with their career to uncover what they truly want out of their work. I believe that everyone's path is unique and that there is no "right" way to find meaning and success in life. I help my clients to identify the thoughts, stories, rules, and expectations that are keeping them stuck. We work together to overcome these blocks, build a vision, and take meaningful action towards the career and life that they want.
